Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you Dumbo.....hello, Mike Jordan at Mall of Georgia Ford, are you there????
It's Thursday, August 15th and still no word from the esteemed Mike Jordan at the Clown Factory, AKA, Mall of Georgia Ford Service.
For our next post, it seemed appropriate to share what I have affectionately entitled our "Clowns and Cobwebs at Mall of Georgia Ford" entry. First some background....
After having our SUV in their shop for ~two months and several trips back and forth, my 100% independent and objective insurance adjustor - from one of the top Auto, Life and Home Insurance providers - expressed concern that Tony Owens and Bill Avery of the Mall of Georgia service circus, seemed to be 'racking up the bill' by just replacing parts vs. actually diagnosing the problem. So, call me Dumbo, I became very circumspect of Tony and Bill's recommendations to spend more and more and more $$$$ to solve the same problem.

Heading the warning from the independent adjuster, I therefore requested that the Clowns keep whatever is removed from my SUV and it give it to me for further inspection. After removing the 'manifold lines' to the compressor from the compressor and from the evaporator to compressor, "because it was leaking", they provided me with these faulty hoses. As soon as I received these hoses, I took the below photos. Do you notice anything funny about them??????
Check out these photos of the hoses removed by Mall of Georgia Ford from my SUV
| YES!!!! That is some type of worm hanging on by a Mall of Georgia Ford Service cobwebb!!!!! |

Are these truly the hoses removed from my SUV? How do they have Cobbwebs??? Are they truly faulty? Did they really need to be replaced? Did they solve the problem??? Does the problem still exist????
